Lack of Emotional Intelligence and miscommunication have affected organizations in struggling to keep top talent and not recognizing the value and importance of their workforce.

Emotionally Intelligent employees have always been the differentiating factor for high-performing organizational cultures. By emphasizing this skill that researchers believe can be improved with training and practice, organizations are more likely to outperform companies where these competencies are not developed and learned, in other words, where this training is not cultivated.
