Are You Cultivating a Culture of Inclusive Language?

What’s inclusive Language?
How did you feel in school or at work or life when they told you you are wrong or right?

I know for me I get a rush of adrenaline when I’m “right!” ✅

I get scared, nervous, worried when I’m “wrong” ❌.

Perhaps a different way of using inclusive language would be instead of saying what someone did was “wrong” or “right” we could explore the idea of saying

✅ opportunity for deeper understanding
✅ insights from the different scenarios
✅ what can i learn in this moment
✅ how can I take accountability?
✅ I’d like to share what I see that you might not be aware of.

It’s not as clickable but it does offer an example of inclusive language.
